1. Service Description

ADoky is a web-based tool that generates bulk import Excel files (.xlsx) for TikTok Ads Manager. The service helps media buyers create, configure, and export advertising campaigns without direct API integration with TikTok.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using ADoky, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide a valid email address to register.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

4. Early Access

The service is currently offered as "Early Access". During this period, all features are available free of charge. We reserve the right to modify pricing, features, impose usage limits, or terminate the free access period at any time with reasonable notice via in-app notification.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use ADoky only for lawful purposes. You must NOT:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the service.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to interact with the service.
• Intentionally overload our servers or interfere with other users' access.
• Use ADoky to create or promote illegal, deceptive, or harmful advertising content.
• Share your account credentials with third parties or resell access to the service.

6. Generated Files

Excel files generated by ADoky are provided "as is". You are solely responsible for:

• Reviewing all campaign settings, budgets, bids, and targeting before uploading to TikTok Ads Manager.
• Ensuring your advertising complies with TikTok's advertising policies and applicable laws.
• Any financial consequences resulting from campaigns launched using our generated files.

7. Intellectual Property

ADoky, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of its creators. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the service without written permission.

The Excel files you generate are yours — we claim no ownership over your campaign data or configurations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ADoky and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses from advertising campaigns.
• TikTok ad account suspensions or bans.
• Errors in generated Excel files.
• Loss of data stored in browser local storage.
• Service interruptions or downtime.

9. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your own account at any time through "My Profile" → "Delete Account". Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through the competent courts.
